Andrew and Anthony are excited to use their experience and passion for soccer to impact and develop the young players of GA-SC! With the assistance of the proven Mighty Kicks Programs and Curriculum, they will help your children develop physically, mentally and socially through the “beautiful game.”

Andrew, aka “Coach Hammer”, is currently the Director of Coaching for the Bulls Soccer Club and the men’s varsity coach at Grovetown High School. Coach Hammer has coached at Irmo High School, Dutch Fork High School, Ralph Lundy Soccer Academy, USCA Summer Camps and the University of South Carolina.

Andrew graduated from Lynbrook High School and then attended Drexel University on a Lacrosse and Soccer Scholarship. He graduated with a B.S. Degree in finance and real estate as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

Coach Hammer has a USSF C and National Youth License. He holds a NSCAA Premier License and Goalkeeper License in addition to the Coerver Youth Diploma and many special topics diplomas from the NSCAA.

Anthony Henry grew up in the CSRA playing club and high school soccer.  His passion for the game began at the age of 5 when he started playing in Belgium. After high school, Anthony obtained his NSCAA “Regional License” and began coaching his first youth team for the Upward Soccer program here in Augusta. After coaching for some time, Anthony joined the United States Air Force for 5 years where he continued to play soccer in California and Japan.

After leaving the USAF, Anthony pursued a degree in Computer Science before returning to coaching for the Bulls Soccer Club and the Coerver Soccer program.  Anthony currently holds his USSF “National E” license. He is excited about using his knowledge and experience with soccer to help inspire the passion for the worlds greatest game while teaching many valuable life skills at this
important developmental stage.
