Justin is excited to use his experience and passion for soccer to impact the youth of Piedmont, NC. With the assistance of the Proven Mighty Kicks Programs and Curriculum, Justin (along with the other high-energy instructors) will help your children develop physically, mentally, emotionally and socially through the world’s greatest game!

Justin has been playing/coaching soccer since 1987! Originally from Lancaster, PA, he played soccer in Catawba College (in Salisbury, NC) and graduated in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in physical education. Justin has taught Middle School Physical Education and coached soccer there since 2005. In 2013 and 2014 he led the Jesse C. Carson HS Men’s Varsity team to their first South Piedmont Conference Championship! The 2013 team (17-5 record) lost in the 3rd round of the State Playoffs in penalty kicks while the 2014 squad (19-2-1 record) met the same fate in the second round. He was the SPC conference and Region 7 3A Coach of the Year in 2013 and 2014!

Justin is eager to give back to the community through the sport that has been such a big influence on his formation and life. His goal is to aid the overall development of each child (building soccer skills, life skills and Character) within the framework of the “beautiful game.” Justin lives in Salisbury, NC, with his wife Cassie and their two daughters: Essie (born 2012) and Millie (born in 2014)!
