At Mighty Kicks, we work hard to make sure that each child, parent, and coach knows that we care for them. This is especially important for our children. In this short video PCA National Advisory Board Member, Mary Fry, talks about the benefits of creating a caring climate.
Each of our coaches are trained on making sure that they create a caring climate. Each child feels like they belong, that they are cared for, respected and that they are truly part of a team. All qualities that will go with them as they grow and develop off the soccer field.
